European Tooling Partnership – Dies Cars Service
DCS, an Italian Toolmaking operation since 2010, with over 80 personnel that includes 50 skilled toolmakers – specialising in Class A tooling, problem-solving, tool spotting, and commissioning.
In-house machining with press capacity up to 2,000 tonnes, they deliver full in-house design, simulation, and new tool manufacturing services for both large and complex tooling programs. A service now fully available to UK manufacturers and their European subsidiaries.
Asian Tooling Partnership
The Chinese partnership is a continuation of a proven tool sourcing and manufacturing collaboration active for 18 years, successfully delivering projects to the UK, Europe, and the USA. TTS’s UK-led quality and management approach offers a first-class tool manufacturing service for both Press Tools & Plastic Injection Moulds, now coupled with our DCS partnership to give customers added assurance to quality & service.
