We operate a project management system derived from years of tool manufacturing experience coupled with nearly 20 years of turnkey tooling procurement.
Prototypes
Prototypes can be built into any project to ensure customers are supported for trials and testing
Travel
Our motto is simply ‘travel when you need to’. But customers are encouraged to visit as they need, suppliers will always be welcoming. Some customers travel often, some not at all.
Tool Buy Off
Photographic & video evidence of tool strip and re-fit, press trials, parts on gauges and comprehensive proof that tooling is production ready with final samples inspected.
Shipping
We can organise transport or customers are welcome to use their own.
Home-line Commission
We offer support for all home-line commission. Some customers prefer on-site support some do not.
Quality Assurance
Tailored from inspection reports and part verification, or to include cap studies & PPAP submissions completed by our local QA engineer.
Flexibility
Each customer has different requirements, so we approach quotes based on individual customer requirements, which is reflected in terms, conditions and final costing
